The tile has a metal sheet (1) including holes whose edges (2) are trimmed up towards outside in a zig-zag manner. The holes can be round, long or in other shapes and are orientation lengthwise/breadthwise or even in mixed version along the sheet. Spacers of a thermoplastic synthetic plate (3) are inserted via the holes and are bonded to the sheet by a primer. The plate juts up above the edges to form an anti-slip rough structure (5).
