The suspension has a trailing arm (130) that is connected between a vehicle body and a carrier to which a rear wheel is mounted. A hinge pin of a connecting unit (150) penetrates a slot in a bracket and the body-side end of the arm. A positioning apparatus of the connecting unit adjusts the pin position in the slot to vary a vertical position of a body-side end of the arm based on a running state of the vehicle.
