The set up has a logic element, which is integrated into the seat and closes due to a load. The electric circuit is closed and or a signal is produced since two conductive strips are brought together. During a load, a threshold is exceeded which produces a signal for the logic element. The setup can be inserted into a seat. An independent claim is included for a method.
