The seat (2) is made all of a piece as a single shell with a padded front surface (13) and can be moved along a rail (9) fixed to the floor (10). In case of an impact the occupant (3) is slightly rotated around an axle (19) in the pelvis area and his/her head (20) moved towards the front not touching the roof frame (8). The lower legs (16) are pushed against a support element (7) and the ischial tuberosity (14) pressed against the inclined front area (21) of the seat (2) extending from the horizontal bottom (22).
