The laboratory has container modules (1-3), each exhibiting a channel part and a door to obtain a room alignment comparable with a bus system. Building services container modules (4) are put into partial logistics masses for building services. Building service components e.g. switchgear cabinet, and firm laboratory equipments e.g. laboratory bench, are installed in the modules (1-3) during prefabrication of a building site.
