A mobile telephone (MS) may be located in a radio communication cell within the transmitting and receiving area of one of several relay stations (N1-N5). There are relay stations (AP-A, AP-B) connected to other cells in WLAN (Wireless Local Area Network) operating system. The mobile telephone may be transferred from one relay station to another as it is moved around inside the cell.
