A clutch part is separated from the wheel slowdown gear assembly and it is made to be located between bevel gear part and differential gear part. As a result, noise and vibration decrease. Besides, weight and production cost are saved due to reduced number of parts. The torque generated from the engine of the vehicle is transmitted to the output shaft through the torque converter and the power of the output shaft is transferred with right angle at the bevel gear part consisted of bevel pinion gear and beveling gear. The power of beveling gear is transmitted to the clutch part consisted of forward clutch part for forward movement and backward clutch part for backward movement. The forward and backward clutch parts are connected to the differential gear case, which transmits power with differential pinion gear as a driving shaft. The vehicle is driven by the driving shaft through the slowdown gear assembly which is mounted in the axle assembly.
