The stackable load carrier (1) has a support plate (2), hollow feet projecting away from the underside and tapering towards their free end and open on their ends adjacent to the support plate, and holes (8) formed in the support plate in the region of the feet. Triangular tongues acting as spacers formed from the material of the support plate are provided on the underside of the support plate at the holes and project from the underside, lying against the outer face of the respective foot and connected to the foot there.
