The table frame has a clamp block (5) arranged between one of the bearing surfaces (21,22) of a frame unit (2) and a clamping handle (4). The clamp block is solidly located between the bearing surface of frame unit and clamping handle on the main surface (11) of a retainer (1) when the clamping handle is in clamped position. The clamping handle can be rotated to release the clamp block. The frame unit is rotatably fastened around a first axle (23) in the retainer. The bearing surfaces are formed covering the frame unit. The clamping handle is rotatably mounted around a second axle (42) to rotate between clamp position and clamp release position. An independent claim is also included for the table to which the hinged table frame is used.
