The device monitors the position of a mechanical switch via a mobile phone. The switch is dependent upon the position of the article such as a car door and linked to a mobile phone. Programmable keys on the telephone are released to dial assigned destination telephone number. The opening of car door triggers call or signal within 20 seconds.
