PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect privacy of a recorder by using a memory card where an original ID code of a subscriber is incorporated in the telephone set capable of recording and reproduction, so as to put a limit on reproducing requested from parties other than the recorder. ;SOLUTION: Upon receipt of a recording request, after confirming that a memory card 1 is connected via a connection presence detection part 5, an ID code 6 in the memory card 1 is written in an ID code registration part 7 in a control means 2 to grant permission to the recording request. A voice data conversion part 3 adds the ID code to a recorded voice which is stored to a voice data storage part 4. Upon receipt of a reproduction request, after the control means 2 confirms the connection of the memory card 1 as the same case as the recording request, the ID code 6 in the memory card 1 is compared with an ID code 9 in the voice data storage part 4 and only when the ID code is coincident, is a permission granted to the reproduction request.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
