The process involves providing a platform (12) for collecting information and broadcasting it to mobile telephones according to the formats adapted for the telephones. The platform automatically selects future events based on a parameter in a group consisting of software available to the telephones, size and shape of screen, its memory capacity, its output, language and available display colors. Independent claims are also included for the following: (a) a platform for providing information about the events to take place to a terminal (b) a mobile telephone.
