The joint has a section (14) that is made from an elastic material. The section integrally covers lateral surfaces and inner peripheral surface of a metallic ring (12). Three protruding sections (30a-30c) project radially inwards for a predetermined length, and are formed in the inner periphery of the covering section. The protruding sections are separated from each other by an angle of 120 degrees.
