The system has a logistic support analysis tool (100) to select maintenance procedures (PR) from triggering events (DE), a usage point (PE) of a product, and a tree representative of logistic structuring of product. A bi-directional link (9) connects a textual content tree (2a) and a graphic representation tree (2b) of a document management tool to an articles tree (10) in the tool (100). The link permits to create and update the trees (2a, 2b). The article tree is based on databases such as resource object list (17) in logistic support analysis tool.
