The assembly has two flanges which are fixed on end sections (30, 34) of an outlet pipe (20) and a turbine inlet respectively, and an axial tightening unit (36) between the two flanges. The section (30) has an external annular radial rib (38) which comes in linear contact with a concave wall (42) of a tapered hole (40) formed in the end section (34) to form a connection between the pipe and the inlet. An independent claim is also included for an internal combustion engine of a motor vehicle having an exhaust line tubular ducts connecting assembly.
