The method involves defining located zones of concreting of connecting rods, and providing abutments (12) for positioning insulating units (13) on both sides of each located zone. The insulating units are placed using the positioning abutments before casting of the concrete such that the insulating units are positioned between the located zones constituting load transfer zones between two construction walls (1, 2). The construction wall (1) is an exterior wall and the construction wall (2) is a slab or floor. Independent claims are also included for the following: (A) an insulating unit to limit heat bridges at a junction between two concrete walls during erection of the walls (B) reentrant units to implement a heat bridge limiting method (C) construction walls.
