The unit has a guide tube (19) with an inner surface (20) to ensure sliding of a movable tube (6). An annular space is created between an inner surface (711) of a hollow shaft (77) and an outer surface (21) of the guide tube, on large part of the shaft at the level of a lower plate (4) of a zone comprised between upper and lower plates (3, 4). The annular space is of a specific range of about 0.5 to 1 millimeter.
