A composition for oral administration comprising specific rotavirus immunoglobulins obtained from mammals immunised with viral pseudo-particles, is new. An independent claim is also included for preparation (M1) of the composition, which comprises: (a) preparation of viral pseudo-particles; (b) immunisation of a mammal with the viral pseudo-particles; (c) recovery of colostrum produced by the mammal; and (d) concentration of the immunoglobulins contained in the recovered colostrum.
