The device has a side (2) disposed on top part of anchor palms (1) and provided to slide in a groove (3) of a keel skeg until to a stop end (4). An anchor stock (8) is received through orifices (5) of the palms, orifices (6) of the keel skeg, and orifices (7) of an anchor shank (12). The keel skeg has an oblong hole (9) that frees a clamp (10) for permitting passage of sand or silt streams through interior of hole during penetration.
