The device has a porous layer (1), conduits (2) and an end opening directed in a thrust axis. Depression is created in the conduits, when a propeller is in rotation, for aspirating a boundary layer across the porous layer and diverting the air towards an end of a blade tip. The air is evacuated by the blade tip and directed backwards to blow vortices of the blade tip.
