SYSTEM FOR IMPROVING DEGREE OF MATURITY IN CHECK LIST AND AUTOMATIC REPORT CREATION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for maturing a check list in check items/contents useful for more appropriate internal audit by re-examining the check items and the contents in the check list used for the internal audit performed inside an organization, such as a corporation.;SOLUTION: The system comprises an arithmetic processing section 4, an information acquisition section 5, an information outputting section 6, a database 9, and the like, and calculates an effective ratio that is the ratio of the number of effective evaluations to each check item acquired from an auditor to the number of listed comments in each check item in checklists comprising a plurality of check items in reply information acquired from a plurality of points to be audited. Check items, where the effective ratio has not reached the minimum check item effective ratio predetermined for each check item, are deleted from the check items in the check list.
