PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change a cooking recipe so that a insufficient nutrient can be compensated for every meal candidate without imposing work for changing food materials on a user in a cooking recipe selected by the user. PSOLUTION: This recipe conversion device is provided with: a nutrition intake calculation processing part 107 for calculating the intake of each nutrient of each meal candidate; a nutrient insufficiency rate calculation processing part 108 for calculating a nutrition insufficiency rate for each nutrient of each meal candidate based on the calculated intake of each nutrient and required nutrition intake predetermined for each nutrient; a meal candidate order determination processing 109 for determining a priority meal candidate as the candidate of the supply of a nutrient based on the calculated nutrition insufficiency rate for each nutrient, a recipe selection processing part 103 for selecting any cooking recipe from among predetermined cooking recipes according to the operation instruction of a user; and a food material change processing part 110 for changing food materials used for the selected cooking recipe to alternative food materials for reducing the nutrition insufficiency rate of the priority meal candidate.
