PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that an element such as an electret condenser microphone employing a conventional organic electret material cannot maintain its performance as an element and cannot be reflow-mounted due to rapid attenuation of the charged electret layer if high-temperature mounting is performed to mount the element on an apparatus, because the element has a trouble in thermal resistance. PSOLUTION: A modified fluororesin bridged is configured by irradiating a resin containing fluorine with an ionizing radiation ray under a condition where oxygen is absent at a crystal melting point or more, and charging processing is performed for the modified fluororesin to manufacture a thermal resistant charged resin.
