PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly perform replacing work and to reduce the labor of a field worker in replacing work.;SOLUTION: A scaffolding unit 80 hung by a crane through a wire 49 is mounted with a stopper 85 movably in a longitudinal direction, and fitted with a plurality of fastening arms 83 so as to be turnable to which spacers 87 arranged facing the stopper 85 are fixed. A part of these fastening arms 83 is extended to a part of skeleton external walls 11a-11c of a building 10 and clamped by the spacer 87 and the stopper 85. The scaffolding unit 80 in the hung state by the crane is thereby put into a state of being latched to the building 10, and then the scaffolding unit 80 is mounted to the building 10 using the other turning type bracket 82.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
