PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for rapidly judging medicine sensitivity of Helicobacter pylori by noticing individual cell bodies, to select a medicine for surely disinfecting Helicobacter pylori and to contribute to development of a new medicine. PSOLUTION: Bacteria or cells such as Helicobacter pylori, sperms, etc., having self-traveling properties by flagellum or cilium are brought into contact with a substance to be tested and the bacteria (cells) specifically having self-traveling properties (motility) in a bacterium (cell) group are observed. In particular, bacteria (cells) are brought into contact with a substance to be tested in solutions of the substance to be tested, having different degrees of dilution for ≤8 hours or 12 hours and the contact solutions are observed by a microscope. As the result of observation, for example, when one bacterium (cell) self-traveling markedly in a static bacterium (cell) group is observed, the test concentration is judged as a medicine nonsensitivity concentration.
