PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase affiliates' sales and profits.;SOLUTION: When receiving an affiliate search request from an affiliate terminal 400, a corporate member terminal 200 or an individual member terminal 300, and receiving the specification of an affiliate by predetermined search items and the input of information about an introduced customer, an affiliate search function part 101 of a real-estate-related information management center server 100 notifies a corresponding affiliate terminal 400 of terminal attribute information about the affiliate terminal 400, the corporate member terminal 200 or the individual member terminal 300 and the customer information. A back margin processing function part 106 then executes the processing of paying a predetermined return based on the terminal attribute information and the processing of discounting a predetermined fee based on the customer information.
