PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tubular tool by which a nasty smell component, a very small amount of an organic substance or the like contained in city water or edible oil and fat is removed, city water is modified to have the pH value of a weak acidic region to be optimal as cooking water and the deterioration rate of edible oil and fat is decelerated.;SOLUTION: The tubular tool for purifying city water or edible oil and fat is characterized in that a ceramic flow dividing pipe, which has a straight porous flow passage penetrating from the inflow side thereof to the outflow side and an oblique porous flow passage penetrating from the inner wall of the straight porous flow passage on the inflow side to the outer wall thereof on the outflow side, is inserted movably into a circulation pipe of city water or edible oil and fat and an inflow-side flow dividing plate, which has a large-diameter inflow hole bored in the central part and many middle-diameter inflow holes bored on the periphery of the inflow hole, is fit to the inflow side of the ceramic flow dividing pipe or an outflow-side flow dividing plate, which has many small-diameter outflow holes bored in the central part and many middle-diameter outflow holes bored on their peripheries, is fit to the outflow side of the ceramic flow dividing pipe or both of the flow dividing plates are fit respectively to the inflow and outflow sides of the ceramic flow dividing pipe.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
