PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a degradation of a medicine in a prefilled syringe with light.;SOLUTION: The shielding label is pasted to and entirely covers the part filled with a medicine 11 in the outer cylinder 4 of the prefilled syringe 2, a shielding portion to shield the covered portion of the outer cylinder 4 from light, and a separated portion 16 having a grip portion 19 and separable.
