PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automate off line collating.;SOLUTION: The distributed processing type booklet preparation system is provided with: an RFID provided in a sheet for identifying the sheet from the other sheets; MFPs 104 and 105 for forming a picture on the sheet; client computers 103 into which a job is inputted; a server 102 for making a plurality of MFPs to distribute-process one job inputted from a computer to form the picture on the sheet of the MFPs; and a collator 110 for carrying out post processing to recorded sheets. The collator is provided with: a plurality of recorded sheet readers for reading the identification element of the recorded sheets loaded in a plurality of bins 4 to 8 where the recorded sheets outputted from the MFP are loaded individually by each bin; and a recorded sheet carrying device for taking out the recorded sheet loaded in the bins based on information of an identification element read by the recorded sheet reader and selection information for selecting the identification element so as to be in the order of pages of the job.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
