GAS-HYDRATE PELLET STORAGE DEVICE AND ITS STORING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact storage device and its storing method for storing an NGH pellet in a stable condition.;SOLUTION: A thermal insulation member and a membrane body for water-proofing an inner face of the thermal insulation member are provided on an inner face of a tank main body to form a wall face of a tank. A spray line 11 for supplying cooling liquid 10 having such temperature that keeps the gas-hydrate pellet stored in the tank main body in a stable condition is provided in an upper part of the tank main body. A liquid return pipe 16, an overflow pipe 20, and a return inclined pipe 21 for discharging cooling liquid 10 supplied from the spray line 11 and cooling the gas-hydrate pellet 1 by convection are provided in a lower part of the tank main body.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
