PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collect-on-delivery bill postal card and a vicarious execution system on collection of money, in which the collection of money as an value equivalent can be performed at a little cost.;SOLUTION: The vicarious execution system consists of the home delivery service of a commodity from a seller 15 to a buyer 16 and its receipt at a buyer 16 side, after an amount billed etc. is sent from the seller 15 to the buyer 16 the collection of claiming data by a collecting enterpriser 17 and consignment of a double postal card containing a bill and a receipt as a set to a printing enterpriser 18, a forwarding of the double postal card containing the bill and the receipt as a set by the printing enterpriser 18 to a post office 19, the delivery of the double postal card by the post office, the payment of a price by the delivered buyer 16 and the receipt of the voucher of a postal card sent to get a reply by the buyer against the payment and the forwarding of the reply postal card and the collected price by the post office 19 to the seller 15.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
