PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To unify an EGR valve and a bypass valve in a heat exchanger with a bypass change over valve used as an EGR cooler.;SOLUTION: A blocking body 10 is provided on a valve opening 22 of a elbow type open close valve 8, and the elbow type open close valve 8 is installed in a header (header with valve) 5. A header entrance 6 and a bypass entrance 7 are communicated by the elbow type open close valve 8 in such a manner that the same can be attached and detached, and the header entrance 6 is blocked by the blocking body 10 in such a manner that the same can be opened and closed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
