PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bicycle, a power-assisted bicycle, an engine-equipped bicycle, etc. having controllability for its advancing direction on the snow any as desired, capable of transmitting the driving force to the snow satisfactorily, and able to run down the snow surface as well as run on a flat place and also climb a slope.;SOLUTION: In lieu of a front wheel, a sleigh is installed in a bicycle etc. The sleigh bottom is furnished with two keels projecting linearly extending from the forefront to the tail in such an arrangement that they are parallel from the central part to the tail to serve for controlling the advancing direction. The keel forefronts are warped upward and spread in arc form to the left and right, gather the snow by running and compress, and build a hard locus to enable transmitting the driving force without causing the rear wheel part to be embedded in the snow. The sleigh is fixed to the front fork, and the advancing direction can be controlled by handle manipulation any as desired. The rear wheel part is formed on crawler system, and the grounding surface is made aslant with the front higher, compared with the horizontal, to allow turning easily, and the driving force is transmitted by the grounding area according to the hardness of the road surface.
