PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cable unreeling stand, in which a cable drum quickly stops rotation without having inertial rotation by inertia due to cable unreeling force when cable unreeling operation is stopped, and preventing inverse cable winding phenomenon.;SOLUTION: This stand comprises a base 1, a vertical frame 2 vertically provided from the base 1, horizontal shafts 3 and 4 horizontally protruded from an upper part of the vertical frame 2 and an intermediate part of height to be roughly parallel to each other, and a swinging frame 5 suspended from the upper horizontal shaft 3 to be capable of swinging. The intermediate horizontal shaft 4 is set at such a height position to be capable of rotatably shaft-supporting a cable winding drum D. The swinging frame 5 is provided with a horizontal beam 52 provided with brake parts 6 and 6 to abut on outer circumferential surfaces f and f of side plates d and d in the cable winding drum D, and a cable contact part 53 to get in contact with a cable c unreeled at the time of cable unreeling operation to separate the brake parts 6 and 6 from the outer circumferential surfaces f and f of the drum side plates d and d.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
