METHOD FOR UNDERSTANDING LOCATION ENVIRONMENT OF URBAN DEVELOPMENT PLANNING SITE, AND METHOD FOR GREENING THE SITE

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for understanding location environment of an urban development planning site enabling effective and relative combination of a proper understanding of the location environment of the urban development planning site and greening so as to effectively utilize resource energy. PSOLUTION: The method for understanding the location environment of the urban development planning site 1 comprises the following process: investigating the geographical environment of the planning site 1 to confirm geographical positioning (a first process); investigating the physiographic environment of the planning site 1 to understand physiographic details (a second process); understanding the location environment of the planning site (a third process); and designing road/residential division and vegetation for creating a room climate where it is cool in summer and warm in winter through designing microclimate of the planning site 1 (a fourth process); and finally planting trees in the planning site 1 in accordance with the design.
