PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PVA (polyvinyl alcohol)-based water-containing gel having a large difference in the amount of adsorption of an organic material between at a lower and higher temperature than its phase transition temperature, an adsorptive separating agent consisting of the same and a method of adsorptive separation.;SOLUTION: This PVA-based water-containing gel is obtained by performing the reaction of (A) a polyvinyl alcohol-based resin containing 1,2-diol component in its side chain with (B) an agent for increasing water resistance.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
