PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hairstyle proposal system, a hairstyle proposal method and a computer program capable of proposing a hairstyle matched to a customer to the customer. PSOLUTION: Attribute data showing the attribute of the customer 22 and a characteristic parameter showing physical characteristics thereof are recorded in a customer record 341. In a server 300, hairstyle data and coloring data matched to the attribute data and characteristic parameter of the customer 22 recorded in the customer record 341 are retrieved from a plurality of hairstyle data 331 and coloring data 332 preliminarily stored in association with attribute data and characteristic parameters in a style content database 330. Further, a preliminarily taken image of the facial part of the customer is synthesized with the retrieved hairstyle data and coloring data to generate an image of the customer 22.
