IMPERFECT COLLATING CHECKING SYSTEM OF TYPE USING CCD CAMERA CORRESPONDING TO EACH SEPARATE FRAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the reliability of an imperfect collating check by sufficiently storing a checking image by means of an imperfect collating checking device so as to more surely perform the imperfect collating check.;SOLUTION: This imperfect collating checking system of a type using a CCD camera corresponding to each separate frame, wherein the imperfect collating checking device is provided in each of many frames, optically checks prescribed paper surfaces of many signatures, which are stacked on the respective frames by the imperfect collating checking devices, on a signature-by-signature basis by using a CCD camera, automatically compares the paper surface of the checked signature with that of the reference signature, and determines whether the checked signature is good or bad. The checking images of all the signatures of the imperfect collating checking devices for all the frames are collectively stored in an image recording apparatus common to the imperfect collating checking devices for all the frames. Each of all the checking images is displayed on a display, common to the imperfect collating checking devices for all the frames, in such a manner that a checking count value of the imperfect collating checking device checking the checking image is inserted.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
