PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analyzing method of the amount of glycosylated hemoglobin and the total amount of hemoglobin capable of rapidly performing analysis with high sensitivity by simple operation and capable of accurately quantifying glycosylated hemoglobin and hemoglobin even if a diluted specimen is used.;SOLUTION: In the analyzing method for analyzing the amount of glycosylated hemoglobin and the total amount of hemoglobin using an integrated type dry analyzing element capable of fractionating and analyzing glycosylated hemoglobin and hemoglobin in a specimen, the specimen containing glycosylated hemoglobin and hemoglobin is diluted 20 times or above and the diluted specimen is brought into contact with the integrated type dry analyzing element to perform the colorimetric measurement of the total amount of hemoglobin on the basis of the absorption wavelength of hemoglobin of 350-450 nm.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
