INVERT FOR TUNNEL, INVERT BLOCK, AND INVERT CONSTRUCTION METHOD USING INVERT BLOCK

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an invert which dispenses with a segment in a special shape, which is good in constructibility, stability, manufacturability and economy, which can be applied to a curved section and which can easily cope with the unevenness, error, etc. of an inner surface of a tunnel, and a construction method for the invert.;SOLUTION: The invert 3 is composed of a precast member which is split into a plurality of pieces in the circumferential and axial directions of the tunnel. A central invert block 11, which is composed of the precast member, and end invert blocks 21 on both the sides of the invert block 11 are connected in such a manner as to be turnable in a vertical surface by using a knuckle joint etc. without the use of fittings such as a bolt. In the axial direction of the tunnel, clearance is given between male and female joints fitted into each other, between the adjacent invert blocks 11 and 21, and the invert blocks 11 and 21 are connected together in such a manner as to be turnable in the horizontal and vertical surfaces in a fitted state. A plurality of short leg parts 15 and 25 are formed on the undersurfaces of the respective invert blocks 11 and 21, so that the invert blocks 11 and 21 can be stably supported on the inner surface of the tunnel.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
