PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a land scape pavement capable of sufficiently being emitted without bringing about cost increase. PSOLUTION: A luminescent pigment 23 of 10-15 wt.% is mixed with a liquid binder resin 22, and this binder resin and an aggregate (21) comprising at most 50 val.% of a granular chief aggregate having an average granular size as fine as 1-4 mm are mixed together and placed on the pavement face 10. A luminescent mixture comprising the binder resin, a luminescent pigment, and an aggregate are mixed may be adhered on a part of the external face of outdoor decorations 30, 40.
