PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feature value calculation system for easily calculating the level of attention which seems certain.;SOLUTION: The keyword of an image is read, and a node which is identical to the keyword of the image among keywords included in a concept keyword tree 420 is defined as a base point node, and the keyword associated with a node in a higher rank hierarchy than a base point node, that is, the keyword corresponding to the attention level information of an attention level information registration table 440 is retrieved from those keywords included in the concept keyword tree 420, and the level of attention is calculated based on the attention level information corresponding to the retrieved keyword.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
