PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a workflow system which makes more diversified analysis possible and to further provide its workflow management server and a method for managing workflow.;SOLUTION: The system which processes the workflow using a computer and manages its processing state has a workflow management server 100 which operates/manages processing of the workflow, a client terminal 180 which processes the workflow in cooperation with the workflow management server to execute a business program and a business program server 170. The workflow management server has a history data collection part 130 which acquires/records history information regarding the processing of workflow, acquires/records business history 154 which is history information regarding the business program to be executed together with workflow history 153 which is history information regarding processing in the workflow management means and analyzes the history by a data analysis part 140.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
