PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lock a stabilizer movable between a using position and a housing position not to be easily moved at the using position, and to easily unlock the stabilizer at the using position when there is no trouble even by moving the stabilizer in equipment and a video display device having the stabilizer for stabilizing an installed state.;SOLUTION: A stabilizer 4 is movable between the using position protruded outward from an outer edge of a ground portion of a device body 2 and the housing position to house the stabilizer inward from the outer edge of the device body, the stabilizer is locked at the using position by lock means 10 and 10 provided in the device body, and locking by the lock means is canceled by pressure from the downside or from the lateral side.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
