PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an ALC panel having excellent appearance and free from the deterioration of physical properties by using quick lime having a fixed quality to facilitate the quality control and reducing voids in the upper part of a main bar of a reinforcing bars buried in the ALC panel, foamed pores in the long side edge surface of the ALC panel, cracks formed along the main bar, or the like.;SOLUTION: In the method of manufacturing the ALC panel by adding a foaming agent and water into a main raw material comprising a siliceous raw material and a calcareous raw material to prepare slurry, pouring the slurry into a mold frame to make a semi-hardened body and steam-curing the semi-hardened body at high temperature and high pressure, quick lime having 1.2-1.6 kg/L mass per unit volume in the calcareous raw material is used.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
