PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a workflow support system, a workflow support method and a workflow support program, allowing setting-of a field for communication between persons in charge of activity inside a workflow, and allowing selection of a suitable request destination from a plurality of request destinations when they are present.;SOLUTION: When a plurality of transition destinations are present when a workflow control part 2 proceeds with the workflow, a communication field generation part 5 generates the communication field with the persons in the charge of the activity of the plurality of transition destinations and a transition source as participants. Negotiation is performed between the persons in the charge by use of the communication field, and the suitable activity is selected as the transition destination and is indicated to the workflow control part 2.
