PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a comment processing system capable of exhibiting wide-ranging comments on a program in real time and summarizing opinions of multiple viewers.;SOLUTION: A server 2 transmits a list of programs, on which comments can be made, to a cellular phone 1 and sends a comment list about a designated program. In addition, the server 2 transmits a comment input screen and receives a comment to register it in the comment list. The server 2 is provided with a program table, in which comment allowing conditions are set for respective programs, and a commentator table with which commentator terminals are registered, and checks whether the terminal is allowed to write a comment on the program or not. The server receives a vote represented by a feeling code to the program. The comment and the vote to the program are received in real time, and the comment and a summarization result can be exhibited.
