PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-spectral image processor which is related to multi-spectral images and can generate data of wavelength band beyond the range of detection of a multi-spectral sensor for the images. PSOLUTION: A reference spectral data registration processing part 12 associates category information with data on pixels of a corresponding portion in a multi-spectral image acquired by a first multi-spectral sensor as referential spectral data, which is registered with a reference spectral data DB13. A category estimation processing part 18 collates an input multi-spectral image with the referential spectral data in the reference spectral data DB13 for each pixel unit, and estimates the category information thereof. An arbitrary wavelength image generation processing part 19 generates data of wavelength band beyond the range of detection of a second multi-spectral sensor and within the range of detection of the first multi-spectral sensor, by referring to a referential spectrum corresponding to the category information estimated by the category estimation processing part 18.
