PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately inspect a portion that is set not to pass a packet, out of filtering rules of a firewall system.;SOLUTION: In an internal network, a firewall system 43 is held between inspection terminals A41, B42, inspection sequence data 46 and inspected result data 49, 50 are transmitted/received from a management apparatus 40 to the inspection terminals A41, B42 via a management network 200 that is different from the internal network 100, and further, the arrival of an inspection packet 47 is waited only for a predetermined time in the inspection terminal B42, thereby recognizing whether the inspection packet 47 is blocked by the firewall system 43 or by the inspection terminal B42.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
