PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extract asphalt in a short time by reducing pressure of a recovering tank and a pressure reducing chamber in an extracting tank, introducing a solvent into an asphalt mixture housing chamber, and recovering the solvent to the recovering tank by filtering the asphalt. SOLUTION: Pressure is reduced from the inside of an extracting tank 3 by actuating a pressure reducing mechanism 5, and a solvent in a solvent tank 1 is sucked through a solvent supply pipe 10, and is flowed in an upper chamber part of the extracting tank 3, and is flowed down on a bottom surface of a filter paper holder 43, and is blown out of a filling port 35 by passing through a solvent introducing pipe 36. An asphalt mixture housing chamber 33 of the extracting tank 3 is filled with the solvent. The solvent melts asphalt in an asphalt mixture, and an aggregate, sand, filler or the like are filtered by filter paper 32, and are flowed in a pressure reducing chamber 34. Highly efficient filtration becomes possible by a pressure difference between the inside and outside of the filter paper 32. The solvent of the pressure reducing chamber 34 is recovered to a recovering tank 4 by passing through a suction pipe 11. An extracting quantity per unit time is increased by this method, and extraction necessary time can be shortened.
